Co-parenting after a divorce or separation can tense, even in very amicable situations as each parent and the children learn to adjust to their new normal. Keeping both parents on the same page regarding scheduling, transportation, and upcoming events and appointments is a big task. Luckily there are some apps that can help.
Our Family Wizard – Allows parents to share calendars and files, as well as tracking expenses. It also has a messaging feature. The app is available for both Apple and Android. Pricing starts at $99 and there is an option to apply for a fee waiver.
Coparently – Allows parents to share calendars and message each other. It also allows for tracking expenses and you can keep important shared information like medical records and emergency contacts. It is available for Apple or Android. It is $9.99 per month or $99 per year, per parent. There is a 30-day free trial.
Cozi – Cozi is not specifically designed for separated parents, but is a family organizing app that offers many features that are useful for any family, such as calendars and to do lists. It is available on Apple and Android. It is free but has ads. An ad free version can be purchased for $19.99.
